I was referred to 24/7 Restoration by a friend who spoke very highly of their services and I took her advice. Without a doubt, I will recommend 24/7 Restoration to all my friends. The contractor assigned to my project, Bo, had a variety of very competent workers. They did an excellent job restoring my rental property from two serious damage claims and the results were even better than I could ever have expected. All work was completed in an expeditious manner and above expectations. They were direct and provided earnest feedback and set realistic expectations. I will ensure they are the contractor of choice for all my future needs.

These guys - John, Mike, and David - saved our home and our family following Hurricane Ida. They were methodical, professional and diligent in their work. Throughout the process, the entire team was thorough, responsive, and informative - making sure we understood every step of the process and the road ahead. They took care to document everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, for insurance - which came in handy when it became apparent we were going to have to fight with our insurance company. They helped us advocate for ourselves, educated us on Louisiana law, and became our true partners throughout the very long and painful process. In the end, with an abundance of their help, resources and knowledge , insurance approved the full scope of work and fees. Now living back in my house, I know with full certainty it is safe for our family, including two little girls. I cannot recommend this company and their services enough. It truly felt like they cared about us and the well being of our family - not just "another job." While I hope we never are in need of their services again, if we are, they are my first call.

Gina was very quick to get an inspector out, and Blake was very knowledgeable and helpful when he arrived. He was patient with answering our questions and giving advice. When you have damage to your home, you need level heads to help you get through it. Great job!
