I cannot recommend Drymore and Jessica enough! Unfortunately, in the past 2 years, we've had 3 different instances where we needed water mitigation and after trying larger (and highly reviewed) companies the first two times, I was looking for someone who wouldn't treat me like an insurance claim they could get their hooks into. Jessica is the owner and took my call, worked me into their schedule and came out herself to scope the job and provided the right recommendations on next steps rather than what would simply make her company the most money. I would recommend to anyone who needs water mitigation!

I've used Drymore twice for two separate water intrusions into my home. Both times they arrived on time, were very thorough in their assessment of the situation, and professional in their approach to remediate the issues. Based on my two experiences, I would recommend them without reservation.

Excellent team, excellent support staff, and excellent remediation test results. I found DryMore through the recommendation of another mold testing firm that does not provide remediation. I researched and got job estimates from several other companies. They were the most cost effective and were available to get to work. The office manager and go to contact is Karen Lopez. She was available for all questions and coordination between the remediation team and myself. (FYI: I am an older single female handling this issue on my own). The remediation team, Brian Smith and Matthew Zeiter did my work and went above and beyond just doing mold remediation. An unexpected electrical issue at my house started a small fire while Matthew and Brian were there and they were quick to get a fire extinguisher they had seen in the garage and put the fire out. When the mold inspector from the inspection firm I had used returned to do a final inspection he was highly complimentary of the work that had been done and how neat and clean the area was left. They walked through the process with me, did the required work and got praise from the inspector. There just isn't anything more you could ask of DryMore. If I have another issue with mold at anytime in the future I will save myself a lot of time and just call Karen and DryMore.

Drymore was very helpful in our mold remediation as a result of the freeze in February of 2021. Our insurance company dragged their feet on paying our claim and as a result mold formed and when we finally got our payment it wasn't as much as we needed to cover everything. I spoke with 3 other companies and Drymore was the most supportive. They worked with us on what we could do with what we were given from insurance. They explained the whole process in simple to understand terms and made us feel very comfortable with the process even though it was a very difficult time for us. The inspector was great and knowledgeable, the technicians that did the work were professional and timely, and the administrative staff was thorough and helpful. We got everything taken care of and we were happy with the experience. The only comment I will make in the negative, and it is a small one, it that the tape that they use in order to create the "containment" areas was super tacky in the garage. It appeared that they used tape and glue, mixed with the heat in the garage, when the technicians came to clear everything out, a lot of tape was left behind on the concrete. It was semi-permanent and I couldn't get it off with out some serious elbow grease. I called them and let them know my concern and they immediately sent someone back out the next day and this technician brought the proper chemicals and spent a significant amount of time removing all the tape and glue to my satisfaction. Great company to deal with. I would use them again if I had to, but this is one of those situations where I hope I never have to use them again. I would, however, happily recommend them to a friend in need.

Great company! We needed Drymore for a mold remediation project. They were quick to send someone out the next day and were very thorough with the inspection and estimate. All my questions were answered as to the best of their knowledge and were very informative about the process that was needed to be done. Their estimate was reasonable and less than other estimates that we got. The workers were punctual and work was completed on time. We were kept up to date of the progress and Stephanie from the office was very helpful and always kept in touch. They really made this process quick and hassle free. I would recommend this company and if needed would use again.
