One Plus Restoration has worked on our home twice. Rafael and his crew did an excellent job removing the mold problems within our home. They are quick yet, efficient in their work. They’re price competitive and did well with addressing any questions we had throughout the process. We truly appreciate the diligence and commitment the team provided when working on our home. I'd like to add my 5 stars to previous customers' reviews. I was so impressed with One Plus, from Greg's initial visit to review and give an estimate all the way through completion. Greg was very thorough in explaining everything, and they started our project within a couple of days. The whole process took 2 days and the crew was courteous and hard-working, and showed me the before and after at various parts of the process. They cleaned up everything afterwards and we are, so far, very pleased with the results. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I highly recommend!

With any type of water damage to your home it’s always a stressful event. Greg is always prompt in his communication and was able to come out shortly after we called, which put our mind at ease. This is the second time we’ve had Greg and his team come out for remediation and we always feel like we are in good hands. One Plus is now our go to for any remediation work and we definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done

Greg and all of his crews were PHENOMENAL. We experienced a flood and I had 5 companies out to look and One Plus were far and away were the best from the get go. I had never had to deal with insurance or restoration before and they took the time 7 days a week to answer questions and help. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire process. The work they did was incredible. We have brand new beautiful floors and walls and everything looks even better than before. I could not recommend this company enough if you find yourself in the same unfortunate situation needing immediate assistance. Would give 6 stars if I could.
